3.2You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update any details that change.
3.3Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with asia818. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds or Bonus balances held therein.
3.4Registration is permitted only to individuals acting on their own behalf. You may not register an Account on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your Account.
3.5asia818 reserves the right to decline any application for Account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.
4.1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication credentials associated with your asia818 Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2You must notify asia818 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. asia818 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
4.3asia818 may suspend or close your Account without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms and Conditions; (b) your Account is being used fraudulently or for money laundering; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) continued Account operation poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other Members.
4.4You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the asia818 support team via Live Chat. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Remaining Funds, after deduction of any pending withdrawals and forfeiture of uncleared Bonuses, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
5.1All deposits and withdrawals at asia818 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the asia818 cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
5.2asia818 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and online banking through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other approved Malaysian financial institutions. Accepted methods are subject to change.
5.3Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to fund the Account, or to verified bank accounts held in the Member's name. asia818 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. asia818 reserves the right to request identity documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card (MyKad or equivalent), proof of address, and payment method verification.
5.5asia818 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where a regulatory obligation requires it.
asia818 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.1asia818 may offer Bonuses and promotions from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and take precedence in the event of any conflict with this Section 6.
6.2Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
6.3Bonuses may only be used by the Member to whom they were awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another Account.
6.4asia818 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Bonus is being abused, exploited through mechanical betting strategies, or claimed in bad faith.
6.5Where a Member opts to withdraw Funds before completing the Wagering Requirement applicable to an active Bonus, asia818 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding Bonus amount from the Member's balance prior to processing the withdrawal.
7.1All bets placed on the asia818 sportsbook are subject to the applicable sports betting rules. These rules govern bet settlement, void markets, and disputes arising from data errors or event cancellations.
7.2All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated in licensed studios. asia818 does not interfere with game outcomes.
7.3Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the asia818 system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after the fact, except where asia818 determines that a manifest error has occurred.
7.4asia818 reserves the right to void any bet or withhold winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed using insider information, in collusion with other Members, or as part of a systematic strategy designed to exploit a platform error or odds pricing anomaly.
7.5Maximum win limits may apply on individual games and bet types. These limits will be communicated within the relevant game interface or betting rules documentation.
8.1asia818 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow Members to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
8.2Responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your asia818 Account dashboard and take effect immediately or within the timeframe specified. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
8.3Self-exclusion may be requested for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, asia818 will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new Accounts by the excluded individual.

9.1The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the asia818 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

11.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asia818 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from: (a) gaming outcomes; (b) technical interruptions or downtime; (c) unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to protect your credentials; or (d) any reliance placed on information published on the platform.
11.2asia818's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1asia818 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2asia818 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with legal obligations.
13.1These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which asia818 operates.
